The Travel Gateway has recently opened its North American office in Nanaimo and is pleased to announce Jenny Gee has joined our team and the Nanaimo office will be under her management. Jenny was previously with Nanaimo HarbourLynx and comes to us with an extensive business background. This Nanaimo Office becomes the fifth office for the global company, founded in the UK in 2001, which now has the world's largest ferry distribution network.

Every booking is ticketless; the user receives an email confirmation, which is then presented at the counter prior to boarding the vessel. Customer payment and booking is made in real-time for almost all routes. Where real-time links are not available, bookings are confirmed to the customer within 24 hours.
